Our Fit for Schools (FFS) pupil sessions give Primary and Secondary pupils of all backgrounds and abilities the chance to discover different approaches to health and wellbeing.

Our FFS instructors are highly experienced and qualified individuals who are extremely popular with pupils and who are excellent at encouraging, coaching and inspiring them. FFS instructors are also superb at adapting each session to suit the particular class/es that they are working with.

Get Moving
Our Get Moving session is an excellent way for pupils to feel more energised and motivated in a controlled and safe way and learn how to overcome feeling lethargic. During the session our Fit for Schools instructor will blend Eastern and Western approaches to show pupils how to wake up their energy and use that in a focused way.
Walking Tall
Our Walking Tall session is a brilliant way for pupils to feel more confident about themselves and their bodies. During the session our Fit for Schools instructor will blend Eastern and Western approaches to show pupils how to deal with negative thought patterns, feel better about themselves and literally walk taller.
Focus
Our Focus session is a superb way to help pupils become more focused and have greater concentration. During the session our Fit for Schools instructor will blend Eastern and Western approaches to show pupils which movements encourage them to feel calmer and more balanced and which help to train their concentration.
Introduction to Yoga
Our introduction to yoga session is an ideal way for pupils to experiment and have fun with some basic yoga moves to learn how this ancient art might help them keep fit and healthy. During the session our Fit for Schools instructor will take pupils through a general sequence of moves designed to help them release energy, become more flexible and improve their balance and coordination.
Introduction to Meditation
Our introduction to meditation session is an excellent way for pupils to experiment with an ancient way of relaxing and dealing with stress. During the session our Fit for Schools (FFS) instructor will show pupils how to release any anxieties and worries, how to focus and how to feel thoroughly calm and relaxed. In fact, it is not unusual for some pupils to become so relaxed that they fall asleep!
Stress Buster
Our Stress Buster session is a brilliant way for pupils to let off steam in a controlled and safe way and learn how to control their frustrations. During the session our Fit for Schools instructor will blend Eastern and Western approaches to show pupils how to safely express and control their energy and feel more relaxed and in control.
Sessions are available in blocks (morning, afternoon, whole day or weekly) and within those blocks you can choose what sessions you would like for which classes so that the block fits in easily to your existing timetable.
